Fully produced and hosted on-air fundraiser using from 1 to 4 ShareMedia trained Sharathon hosts for 1 to 4 days. |

The procedure: When ShareMedia takes on an affiliate we make a commitment to help that station succeed in its on-air fundraising effort. To ensure that it's a good fit, we start by having the station fill out a questionnaire that gives a brief profile of their operation. An advance of $1,400 with a signed agreement secures the dates, a host team, and the initial stages of setting up the Sharathon. Upon receipt of the agreement and advance, ShareMedia sends out our Tool Kit which contains checklists, instructions, outlines and scripts, direct mail appeal letters, and a Sharathon Production Library of pre-produced elements. As the station begins its preparations, ShareMedia will provide as much consulting (via phone/email) as needed to train, instruct and advise on every detail surrounding the event.
The ShareMedia hosts will arrive the day before Sharathon and be available for orientation with the staff. During the scheduled days of Sharathon, ShareMedia's hosts will take the lead in producing and anchoring the broadcast working with station staff and personalities.
ShareMedia will be available for any follow-up following Sharathon.
